Fishkini is the latest bikini fashion innovation. Here are pictures and a video clip of a sexy leather bikini, aka the Fishkini, made from skins of the tilapia fish being modeled at a fashion show in Thailand. Now that’s hot!
The Fishkini has a supple leather-like feel to it, similar to that of high-quality snakeskin. Each fish bikini is lined on the inside with a soft cotton/nylon liner.
Fishkinis are non-elastic, so getting the right size is crucial. Another neat thing about them is they are waterproof, so there’s little drying time once you’re out of the water.

The tilapia skins are also used in Thailand to make some excellent handbags as seen in these photos.
Pretty much anything that can be made from leather can be made from tilapia skins which can easily be dyed any color and sown into any shape.
