Tom Riccio, the central figure in OJ Simpson’s Vegas arrest, hooked up with OJ two years ago when Tom Riccio booked Simpson to sign autographs at NecroComicCon, a horror slasher flick convention in LA. Riccio is a convicted felon with a lengthy criminal history.
Now, Tom Riccio has provided audio tapes of the OJ Simpson memorabilia confrontation in a Las vegas hotel room, as well as tapes of conversations before and after the OJ thug fest with all the key players in the case.

OJ Simpson Robbery Audiotape
Tom Riccio recorded OJ and crew breaking into a Vegas hotel room to recover his stolen sports memorabilia. This video mashup contains the Tom Riccio recording done in a hilarious South Park meets Mission Impossible style.
Listen in as O. J. Simpson, Walter Alexander, Tom Riccio, C.J. Stewart, and Some Dude break into the Palace Station Hotel where Alfred Beardsley and Bruce Frumong – sports memorabilia collectors – were stashing stolen goods of O.J. Cartoon adaptation with the real audio of the gig that led to their arrest. Definitely entertaining and enlightening!
So, who the hell is Tom Riccio really?
Well, Riccio’s what you might call a real piece of work.
The Los Angeles Times reported that Tom Riccio, the man who arranged the meeting between Simpson and the two collectors, has an extensive criminal history from the 1980s and ’90s, including grand larceny in Florida, possession of stolen goods in Connecticut and receiving stolen property in California.
In 1984, Tom Riccio was convicted in New York of conspiracy to receive stolen property. He bounced around the prison system for months before escaping from a federal prison in Connecticut.
Riccio was on the lam two years before being recaptured. After his release, he was convicted of arson in California. Tom Riccio was later convicted of receiving stolen good in regards to $500,000 worth of rare coins stolen from a Miami numismatics dealer.
OJ Simpson faces multiple felony charges from an alleged armed robbery of the collectors involving the former football great’s sports memorabilia, authorities said.

Simpson said auction house owner Tom Riccio called him several weeks ago to say some collectors were selling some of his items. Riccio set up a meeting with collectors under the guise that he had a private collector interested in buying OJ Simpson’s items.
And that’s pretty much it on the scumbag known as Tom Riccio.

Riccio’s a friggin scumbag…it’s like he set this whole thing up to make money off it
I mean who records dozens of short audio and video clips of conversations he has with people about setting up a deal to buy some sports memorabilia?

You dumb #@%k. Read his book. The guy has had issues in his past with the law for posessing stolen memorabilia and with that psycho Al Beardsley dude and so he has been taping all of his business conversations for years. It wasn’t just this deal with OJ. Luckily he was paranoid and has tapes of everything so that he can be exaonerated for the stupidity of OJ and his posse bringing gun(s).
You’re an idiot if you think the guy planned all this out to make money. He’s just that type of guy who doesn’t let an opportunity to make some cash off a bad situation. It’s uneducated mongoloids like yourself that make false statements to get people riled up and have nothing to back it up. The guy had a checkered past but hasn’t done anything illegal in over a decade so get your sh!t straight. I bet your just jealous that you couldn’t pull off a salt and pepper mullet like him.

[...] Looks like Jeff Woolf, former co-owner of Universal Rarities auction and former partner of Tom Riccio is going to stick with the auction gig. I would advise Gavel Chat Nation to check out the new [...]

Riccio is AWESOME!!! He did a great job in court and an excellent job with the interview with Jamie at CTV. My question is, Tom Riccio, why the hell would you agree to talk to that ridiculous chick? She said she was the one on your side ‘out here’ but in fact she was constantly ripping on you and your past. People like Lisa Bloom were defending you against her and how you have stayed on the right side of the law for many years.

Riccio should be lauded. He is the one the jurors credited as the only believable person who took the stand. He single-handidly took OJ, the murderer down. His life story is nothing short of the things movies are made of. I am sure a movie maker will make his life story and it will be the biggest movie since Titanic. His story as it is conveyed in his book is unreal.
