Breathalyzer Fails Breathalyzer Test – A guy dressed as a Breathalyzer for Halloween failed his own breathalyzer test after being pulled over.

Miller was arrested and charged with DWI after blowing a 0.158 on a breathalyzer test when he was stopped by Oxford police driving the wrong way on a one way street on Halloween night.
