Britney loses custody of her kids to K-Fed as judge takes physical custody away from Britney Spears due to ongoing alcohol and drug abuse issues.
In issuing his Britney loses custody order, it seems the judge wasn’t impressed by Britney’s parenting skills, her driving without a valid California driver’s license, her bizarre behavioral issues, repeated public nudity, nor her revolving door “attorney of the week” representation.
K-Fed’ superstar attorney, Mark Kaplan, literally kicked Britney’s ass to the curb. Seems Federline’s attorney paid a visit to Los Angeles Superior Court Monday morning to discuss Britney Spears driving illegally, without a valid drivers license, while her children were in the car with her this past weekend.
And that was the last straw for the judge who’d already ordered Britney to undergo random drug and alcohol testing last week, then undoubtedly saw the media reports that she went clubbing until 4 AM that same night. Is it any wonder Britney lost custody?
The Britney Spears-Kevin Federline custody battle documents are sealed to prevent media prying, but Britney was given until noon on October 3rd to surrender physical custody of her two sons in response to the custody change ruling.

when you pay attention to papparzzi and music instead of your kids, it will bite you and your kids suffer. i don’t know why Britney took drugs and alcohol. Why would you bring kids into such a horrible and painful life?
