Lindsay Lohan Sues E-Trade – Stupidest. Lawsuit. Ever. Lindsay “I’m a one-name celebrity” Lohan is suing E-Trade over the milkaholic baby ad because the baby is named Lindsay.
In her lawsuit against E-Trade, Lindsay Lohan wants $50 million in actual damages plus another $50 million in punitive damages, demands the ad be pulled immediately, and wants all copies of the ad given to her attorney to be destroyed.
LOL! Put down the crack pipe Lindsay! You’re a washed up has-been who can’t get a job and you look like a crack whore at age 23.
Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.
“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Ovadia said.
“They used the name Lindsay,” Ovadia said. “They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”
In the e-Trade milkaholic ad, a little boy in a highchair is apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before.
“And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl asks him suspiciously.
“Lindsay?” the boy replies, just before a baby girl sticks her head into the frame and slurs, “Milk-a-what?”
E-Trade’s advertising agency says they “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

Esquire writer Joshua David Stein was there as the E-Trade milkaholic ad was being createdad was created, working on a behind-the-scenes story on the process.
Apparently, a few other nicknames for the milkaholic baby were discussed: gutter hound, jailbait, tramp, flank-steak woman, and the simple but poetic skanky cake.
Furthermore, the original name for the boyfriend-stealing baby was “Deborah,” the magazine reveals, before it was changed to Lindsay.
“Our contention is that though Lindsay is a popular girl’s name, when you say it on television for advertising purposes, it’s identifiable as Lindsay Lohan,” LiLo’s lawyer says.
Joshua Stein notes that he did ask one advertising agency exec in December if Lindsay was a reference to the troubled starlet; he denied it.

she should be proud her name is being linked to something other that drugs or the other slutty activities she is always recognized for
