The NY Times is about to release an article about a Border Patrol agent named Jesus Fernadez who has testified that the Mexican depicted in the photo was illegally crossing the border via the Río Bravo del Norte the evening the photo was taken! Additionally, the photo in question clearly shows that the bodily shape and clothing style of the accused, Dudley-Eshbach, Ph.D., is characteristic of a brute. The picture also clearly shows Dudley-Eshbach, Ph.D. attempting to strike with malice the illegal Mexican for the sole purpose of getting his filthy brown hands off her daughter's creamy white thighs.
