Ok…First,What are they charging Sin for? Typing up website links? Second,If he’s guilty as something as obscene as this,Then Google should be completely fucking screwed by now. Third,I doubt they’re actually going to charge him or anything as 1. There’s a petition to get him out,They can hardly ignore that many people saying that we should let him out. and 2. He didn’t actually HOST the content,He linked to it,How does that make HIM guilty? He didn’t go in and record it,Then upload it to a site or create a site that lets people do that.
If Sin does come back and start up Tv-l again,Hopefully this time he’ll be smart enough to do what alluc.org do,When you click a link,It brings you to the sites disclaimer denying all responsibility for the content at the end of the link giving a nice big “FUCK YOU! NE NE NA NE NE! YOU CAN’T CATCH ME!” to the fucktards at F.A.C.T.

Really? The site seems pretty dang similar… ‘Sides, looking between alluc.org (another great TV/Movie link site just as comprehensive as TV-Links) the episode links seem pretty much the same (and they work). The links all come from the same reputable video archive sites (tudou.com, ouou.com, veoh.com…) as tv-links and alluc.org. If the video was removed, it’s because it was removed from the host site, not because tv-links.cc put up dead links or anything.

Wow I cannot belive that tv-links is gone. I was trying to watch movies that I missed in theaters and watch Dragonball Z episodes. GOD DAMMIT. Well here is a great site that is probably the best compared to tv-links. Unfotunately it doesn’t have a great search engine so you pretty much have to look through the threads that are made on each movie. If no other site is working for you try MOVIEFORUMZ.COM

There are so many of these types of sites that are just linked to the content, but tv-links is the most up to date on and has the most links.
Other sites just dont compare! sites like boxsweeper & peekvid still have old links.

This is going to be a landmark case. FACT have picked on the smallest fish in the sea and may be using this case to push through a precedent. tv-links.co.uk probably do not have access to legal resources which youtube and Google have, thererfore it may be a easy prosecution for FACT.

Please consider support these guys, we have started a ChipIn to raise funds to assist in their legal defence. This case is about linking, what can you link to and what can’t you. This issue should recieve proportional debate as it affects us all. tv-links.co.uk did not reach 182 in the Alexa charts on their own, they had users and millions of them.

Perhaps, we could all support them with more than just our blog posts.

If they want it removed that badly, there are better ways of going around it. Good going MPAA, you yet again manage to surpress the rights of the people on the internet.
