The hot Facebook app Dogbook has added 100,000+ new users in August alone. Total users of Dogbook and it’s feline counterpart, Catbook, now exceed 600,000. Creator Alexandre Roche is just 21 years old, but these aren’t his only successful web apps.

Besides Dogbook, Roche has also created FriendSaver which automatically creates a screensaver of all your friends latest Facebook photos. Incredibly easy to use, Friendsaver pops up your friends list, and you check those whose pictures you want added along with quantity and duration settings. Presto, another killer Facebook app.
Another Roche application is YouTubeSurfing, located on the site of the same name. Unlike Dogbook, this app learns what you like from your previous viewings and then automagically finds YouTube videos it thinks you’ll like.
Dogbook is wildly popular and Roche has plans for enhancements to his signature Facebook apps, including videos and message boards. Owners channeling their pet’s personalities on the adult social networking site can look forward to being Fido’s alter ego in even more creative ways. Hopefully, there won’t be a scratch & sniff module added to go with every dog profile’s favorite pastime, butt sniffing.
