Mischa Barton Arrest Pictures - Former OC star Mischa Barton was arrested at 3:00 AM Thursday morning for drug possession and DUI and definitely looks worse for wear in the arrest pictures below.
In the first of the Mischa Barton arrest pictures, she’s seen leaving the jail seven hours later in her gold lame miniskirt and still looking trashed.Â
Mischa was arrested and handcuffed after she was pulled over after officers observed her straddling two lanes of traffic while driving her white Range Rover in West Hollywood at about 2:45 am.
“During Ms. Barton’s detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage,” the official report from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department stated.
She was also suspected to be in possession of marijuana and an unidentified controlled substance, said Sgt. John Hocking.
Mischa was charged with three criminal counts: driving under the influence, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license.
Barton starred in the teen drama “The OC” as Marissa Cooper and usually looks a lot hotter than she did in her arrest photos.

Heard she blew a .12 on her Breathalyzer test, admitted she’d been smoking pot, and that cops found marijuana and prescription drugs in her purse.
Mischa needs to go to rehab…
