Britney Spears Court - Ditzy pop star Britney Spears couldn’t be bothered making a court appearance in the most important hearing of the K-Fed - Britney Spears child custody battle.
Seems there were too many paparazzi around for Britney Spears court case, including Adnan Ghalib, here live-in paparazzi lover who now accompanies the troubled pop star everywhere she goes.
It’s obvious Britney Spears was dressed for success, showing up for her aborted court appearance in her custody case in a minidress a shocking 15 inches above her knees. No word on whether she intended to flash the judge in a display of her parenting fitness…
Spears arrived a fashionable four hours late for her child custody hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court, but never set foot inside. Claiming she was spooked by an army of waiting paparazzi, she turned around on the courthouse steps and jumped back in her Cadillac Escalade.
“I’m trying to get in the car. Stop! Stop! I can’t get in the car,” she shrieked to the frenzied photographers.
“I’m trying to get in the car, people. Please!”
Meanwhile back in the courthouse, Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon heard testimony about the bizarre January 3rd incident when Spears refused to hand over her two sons after a short custody visit and proceeded to have a major breakdown.
Spears barricaded herself and one of the terrified boys in the bathroom before cops coaxed her out and hospitalized the delusional singer who was drugged out of her mind after taking a mind-numbing 36 prescription pills including Ritalin, Xanax, OxyContin and washing it all down with Red Bull and cough syrup.
After the rescue, Gordon stripped Spears of her parenting rights - and the judge yesterday upheld his ban after hearing from witnesses.
Her ex-hubby, Kevin Federline - stylish in a blue pinstripe suit and Mohawk haircut - has temporary full custody of the boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
The next court date in the Briney Spears K-Fed custody battle is set for February 19. Â
