Randy Moss Restraining Order - Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss has been hit with a restraining order, pictured below, ordering him to keep 500 feet away from a woman he allegedly battered and then prevented from seeking medical attention.

The Randy Moss restraining order is sure to provide a distraction for the Patriots AFC Championship game this Sunday.
The woman who Randy Moss was dating filed the complaint this week in Broward County, Florida, an area just north of Miami that includes Fort Lauderdale.
A court appearance has been set for January 28th in the case, but no criminal charges have been filed against Moss.
According to the affidavit filed by the woman seeking the restraining order, Moss “committed a battery upon the victim causing serious injury and then refused to allow her to seek medical attention.”
The restraining order from Broward County requires that Randy Moss not come within 500 hundred feet of the victim and cannot use or possess firearms.Â
