Abbiejane Swogger – 34-year old Abbiejane Swogger was arrested Friday after parents frantically searching all night for their missing 15-year old daughters alerted police about a teen sex party in a rented hotel room.
Teacher’s aide Abbiejane Swogger denied inappropriate behavior despite the fact that police found an empty case of beer, marijuana, empty condom wrappers and four young teenagers of both sexes who were friends of Ms. Swogger’s 15-year old son.
Swogger is a special education aide at Highlands Senior High and claimed that previous rumors that she was having sex with her son’s friends were absolutely untrue, although she did admit that her arrest after the all night party will only fuel those rumors.
Abbijane Swogger, aka Abbie Jane Swogger, claims that she rented the hotel room with two other adult females who were setting her up on a blind date that didn’t materialize. She claims that the underage boys and girls just stopped by the hotel room with her 15-year old son sometime during the course of the evening.
According to Swogger, the underage girls and boys showed up later that evening and refused to leave even after she told them they couldn’t stay.
“Maybe the girls are trying to hide something and they are just using me so they don’t get into trouble,” Ms. Swogger said. “Maybe they were there with somebody they shouldn’t have been with.”
Police tell a different story, saying that the two 15-year old girls skipped school Thursday and walked to one of the boy’s house that lived nearby. After school, Ms. Swogger picked the teens up from the boy’s house and drove them to the hotel room where they partied all night.
The parents of the missing girls had no idea where their daughters were and searched all night for the girls, who later said they were too scared of what their parents would do to call home.
“It was terrible, driving all night, looking for my daughter,” one mother said. “I didn’t know if she was dead or alive.”
The police didn’t locate the missing teens until finding them in Abbiejane Swogger’s hotel room around noon on Friday, more than 24 hours after they skipped school Thursday.
The mother of the other 15-year-old girl found in Ms. Swogger’s hotel room, however, said she wants the teacher’s aide “never to step in a school again.” She is pressing charges against Swogger after searching in vain for her daughter all Thursday night, only to have her returned by police after a wild night with an open case of beer, marijuana, several teenage boys and the teacher’s aide.
Swogger, a former exotic dancer, continues to maintain her innocence, claiming the kids were just party crashers. “I was stupid, very stupid — I already know I was and I can understand you looking at me wrong,” she said. “It’s the biggest mistake I ever made in my whole life.”
Charges are pending against the Harrison, PA teacher’s aide who has not yet been suspended from her job. Police departments in Harrison and the neighboring communities of Tarentum and New Kensington are still investigating before deciding on the appropriate criminal charges.

Update: Swogger submitted her resignation from her teacher’s aide position to the Highlands School District on Monday morning.
“The hotel room was in total disarray. I don’t know how long they were there for, but it was completely trashed,” said Mark Glogowski of the Tarentum Police. “There was empty beer cans laying about the room, there was probably a half drank case of beer on the counter. There were condom wrappers and there were some remnants of drugs, narcotic use.”
Swogger, a former exotic dancer, confirmed that seven people stayed in the hotel room, including four teens, but insists that none of the minors did anything illegal.
She denied the teens had sex while she was present, but admitted that other people besides the minors did have sex while the teens were present, but that “they kept it pretty discreet.”
At least as discreet as you can be having sex in a hotel room with five other people present…

(AP) – Abbiejane Swogger, a former teacher’s aide already charged with letting teens party in her hotel room is now charged with stripping for teens and having sex with at least two boys.
Police in neighboring counties have consolidated the charges against Abbiejane Swogger, 34, who faces a preliminary hearing May 1.
Swogger, a former exotic dancer, is charged with 33 counts, including indecent assault and corruption of minors, for incidents in January.
That was weeks before police raided a hotel room party in February that resulted in crack cocaine possession and corruption of minors charges.
In court documents, police say a 17-year-old Harrison boy acknowledged having a sexual relationship with Swogger for several weeks starting in January.
Abbiejane Swogger is also accused of performing a sex act on a 16-year-old boy at his house about three weeks earlier.
Swogger is also accused of stripping for three adults and three boys on Jan. 18 at the Natrona residence of a 15-year-old boy.
Police say marijuana was used at that time and that Swogger allowed the men and boys to touch her inappropriately.
Swogger’s defense attorney has maintained her innocence and said the new charges are “even more ridiculous than the previous ones.”
Swogger remains in jail under a $50,000 bond.

People under 21 should be blindfolded and dressed with chastity belts forever. Punish people who masturbate, including youngsters. Take no risks!!!! This predator woman should be sentenced for sexual abuse in the 0th degree and put in jail for 1000000000 years! Even if she is not guilty. God did it, earth is 100 years old and it is our right to carry combat arms!!! The Bible says so!
