Police in neighboring counties have consolidated the charges against Abbiejane Swogger, 34, who faces a preliminary hearing May 1.

Swogger, a former exotic dancer, is charged with 33 counts, including indecent assault and corruption of minors, for incidents in January.

That was weeks before police raided a hotel room party in February that resulted in crack cocaine possession and corruption of minors charges.

In court documents, police say a 17-year-old Harrison boy acknowledged having a sexual relationship with Swogger for several weeks starting in January.

Abbiejane Swogger is also accused of performing a sex act on a 16-year-old boy at his house about three weeks earlier.

Swogger is also accused of stripping for three adults and three boys on Jan. 18 at the Natrona residence of a 15-year-old boy.

Police say marijuana was used at that time and that Swogger allowed the men and boys to touch her inappropriately.

Swogger’s defense attorney has maintained her innocence and said the new charges are “even more ridiculous than the previous ones.”

Swogger remains in jail under a $50,000 bond.

“Police say they also have another photo that allegedly shows Swogger in unspecified inappropriate behavior with a 14-year-old boy.”

“The hotel room was in total disarray. I don’t know how long they were there for, but it was completely trashed,” said Mark Glogowski of the Tarentum Police. “There was empty beer cans laying about the room, there was probably a half drank case of beer on the counter. There were condom wrappers and there were some remnants of drugs, narcotic use.”

Swogger, a former exotic dancer, confirmed that seven people stayed in the hotel room, including four teens, but insists that none of the minors did anything illegal.

She denied the teens had sex while she was present, but admitted that other people besides the minors did have sex while the teens were present, but that “they kept it pretty discreet.”

At least as discreet as you can be having sex in a hotel room with five other people present…
