Phishing sites are useing MySpace bulletins to spread virally to thousands of people in just a few fours. And if you’ve tried to login at coolyoungpeople.com, then your profile is already spamming your own friends with yet another fake bulletin from this site.

Even worse, the site injects a trojan virus onto your computer. That trojan in turn downloads spyware onto your computer to search your hard drive for passwords, online banking information, social security number, credit cards, and anything else they can steal.

You need to immediately change your passwords for MySpace and anything else that uses your email address as apart of the login. Next, you need to do a complete virus scan on your computer, then follow that up with a sweep by Spybot Search & Destroy.
