Fanged Pond Creature - A strange pond creature with a fanged mouth was found in a parking lot in Brigham City, Utah and state biologists are extremely puzzled by it.

The fanged pond creature was apparently dragged from a nearby lake by a dog or other animal and left in a nearby shopping center parking lot. All the roughly 4,000 fish in that neighborhood lake were killed off by a lack of oxygen underneath a thick sheet of winter ice that had recently melted.

The dead pond creature sports huge fangs in its mouth that indicate it eats other fish, frogs, and any other aquatic creatures it can catch.

The fanged pond creature also sports a short flat tail which it uses to propel itself through the water and has a body that’s roughly as thick as a man’s forearm.

Aquatic biologists aren’t sure what the strange creature is exactly, but they have a couple of theories about it’s origin that they are investigating.

One theory is that it was originally an exotic aquarium specimen that someone grew tired of and released into the neighborhood lake abutting the shopping center. The strange critter is most likely from South America or Southeast Asia where several similar species are known to exist in the wild.
