In her latest escapade, Lindsay Lohan steals fur coat at a private party for Paris Hilton’s ex, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, and wears it later the same night to another New York nightclub with her BFF Samantha Ronson.

Not only that, but Lindsay kept the $10,000 blonde fur coat another three weeks, returning it only after owner Masha Markova had her attorney call Lohan’s attorney and threaten a lawsuit.

Masha Markova claims her mink jacket was nowhere to be found when she tried to collected it from a bundle of coats at club 1Oak, where she was celebrating Stavros’ birthday on January 26.

Two weeks later she spotted a picture of Lohan, who was also a guest at the same party, wearing an identical blonde fur coat in the pages of a magazine not long after it went missing.

Markova remembers seeing Lohan arriving at the party in a black coat, but did not see her leave. When she went to the coatroom, her $10,000 custom-made, blonde fur coat was nowhere to be found.

Markova’s lawyer, Merrill Cohen, called Lindsay Lohan’s high-powered Hollywood attorney, Blair Berke, and threatened litigation if the coat wasn’t returned immediately.

Hours later, Markova said she heard from staff at the club 1Oak, who were all hush-hush about what was up. ”They were very discreet, never mentioned a name or even the word ‘coat.’”

“They just said, ‘We’re going to bring you something.’”

The coat arrived at her apartment two days later, reeking of cigarettes and spilled alcohol, along with a slight tear in the lining.
