Every complaints lodged, there must be a reason for it. We, MOE, had faced alot of complaints by students and parents. Initially, there’s only some appropriate reasons that people complained. It wasn’t same now, parents and students have been giving inappropriate reasons to such complaints. Furthermore, more complaints that was a 30% of increase from 2007 to 2009. We now need to give appropriate rules and reasons to lodged a complaint. Such inappropriate complaints from certain parents or students will not be accepted, thanks for your co-operation. The rules and reasons will be stated below for more clearer information. These will be the elders in school doing such things, you will have the authority to give comments. We will be looking forward to our services to you.
