Apparently, Cindy Mort is the proverbial “other woman” in the breakup of Jodi and Cydney Bernard which ended their 14-year relationship.

While Foster and Bernard remain living together, there doesn’t seem to be any chance that they will get back together.

“Although she and Cydney remain under the same roof at the moment, the relationship has been shattered,” a source told the National Enquirer.

“They’ll continue to raise the boys together and try to keep a loving family unit despite their breakup. The love is gone.”

As far as parades and news coverage and other visible activism, that is simple the pattern of evolving repression. Minorities, culturally, religiously, and ethnically ext…All organize and seek public attention in order to voice their collective concerns. You can see extroverted behaviour in any historically repressed group. The struggle to be noticed and granted the equal rights afforded to other human beings starts with organization and visibility in any democratic society that permits freedom of speech. That is what brings about change and awareness.

You may not like the message or the presentation but our society grants all people this right and good thing we do because we do not have a the best track record. When it comes to repression, as a society we have been wrong and sorry for it more than once. Whether it was the right for women to vote, to practice your religion, to speak your own language, to attend any school of your choice ext.

A side note; homosexuality poses no risk to the perpetuation of the human race we are multiplying just fine. As for relationships, after the passion and vitality of youth fads (assuming you were even fortunate enough to have this), are we all hopefully lucky enough to simply share the next phases of our life with someone who loves, appreciates and respects you. Human relationships are more complex than the exchange of bodily fluids and the creation of babies that what makes us not animals.

It may or may not be perverse but that’s not the reason it should be wrong. If anything, going along with the male-male or female-female unions, why not human-animal or adult-child too? Animals make nice companions (plus, has anyone seen sick pics of girls “doing” horses and dogs?) and pedophiles don’t think they’re doing anything wrong. These are people too and they should have the freedom to screw whatever they want right? Where do you draw the line? There’s a reason why the family unit has lasted for a thousand years. What message are we putting across? In some parts of Europe for example, there are better family values and there’s more respect and less nonsense, where family is the most important thing. I’m sure homosexuals don’t want to convert the entire world (Right? Because that sounds kind of absurd), so why all this extreme influence towards them as if they’re the majority? You may say “I’m straight/Christian but I let others be what they want, it’s not my business, just accept it” but that kind of mentality/parenting might just lead to your kids/grandkids becoming homosexuals, especially with the new wave of accepting everything. And then it WILL be your business. I know homosexuals aren’t treated very well in some parts (sometimes violently) so they feel they need to make it more acceptable.

So I accept them but I don’t have to follow. Everyone has a voice right? It’s not only homosexuals who have opinions; the rest of us do too. Everyone wants rights. It’s fine to give minorities rights and live among them, but not to idolize them so much like they’re the right way. I just fear the “anything goes” mentality we’ve acquired and I sure don’t want my future son taking it up the a$$ from another guy or my daughter becoming the standard porn image of girl-on-girl action…

Further as far as the arguments go about whether it is a biological predisposition, a lifestyle choice or mental illness or even the question of same sex relationships being harmful to the development process of their children ext…I think the jury is still out on all points. There is no conclusive scientific evidence for any particular theory. So as a argument none of these stand.

As a result what are we left with. A human kundrum, so what universally acceptable reason do we have to deny someone who is gay any of the right’s a heterosexual person has. Sorry but unfounded fears does not qualify as good reason nor does a particular religious beliefs in a pluralistic society.

We live in an imperfect world. Hopefully one day we will have a better understanding but for now we don’t; is that so hard to accept.

What are we so afraid of…

God knows there is nothing uglier than two dykes in a dead relationship, both wanting to be the Drama Queen and the Woman Victim to all their friends, both wanting the other dyke to play the Evil Male, both sniping viciously at the other.

Gay people are not abominations, dangerous, crazy or sexual deviants. They love the same as heterosexual people and too right. Gary is obviously someone who has never experienced love in his life because he is so preoccupied with putting everyone else down instead of opening himself up to the gay relationship he so obviously craves but can’t bear to release himself from his dark personal closet.

Cydney and Jodie have proven themselves to be good parents and are not doing anything illegal. They are a family like billions of people all over the world who are raising their children in a beautiful home.

Hey, Terminal, being born gay doesn’t excuse you from expressing it. We’re All born sinners, but God doesn’t excuse us from expressing it just because we’re born with it. Jodi needs to repent just like the rest of us. I may be born with an inclination to be deceptive and lie, but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be judged for doing it. The same is true for Ms. Foster. She may be born with an inclination to be sexual with women, but that doesn’t mean God won’t judge her for expressing it.

God has clearly told us that anger, rage, deception, lust, and homosexuality are sins (among many others). So we’re certainly no farther ahead by bragging about it. We’re farther ahead when we turn from it and receive healing and forgiveness.

Have you ever researched the bible? What about all the writings that were not included in the bible because they didn’t quite fit with what the council wanted the book to say?

What about all the times the eccumenical councils met and edited the bible to suit its purpose and message? The belief in reincarnation used to be included in the bible but was edited out because it gave power to individuals rather than the church.
