George Clooney ER Return – George Clooney has filmed a return appearance on ER, reprising his star-making role as Dr. Doug Ross as ER concludes a few story lines in its 15th and final season.

Clooney’s Dr. Doug Ross was last seen on ER in a 2000 cameo walk-through in a remote lake scene with Ross’s ex-lover, Juliana Marguilies.

Clooney is the most famous ER alum and the producers have always wanted him to return for the show’s last season.

The 15th season was extended by an extra four episodes by NBC executives last week, which may include a story arc featuring Clooney’s character Dr. Doug Ross.

Previously, George Clooney had adamantly refused offers to return to ER.
