13-Year Old Fathers Baby – Alfie Patten is just turned 13, but he has already fathered a baby with his 15-year old girlfriend Chantelle Steadman.

The young British couple are pictured with their daughter, Maisie Roxanne Patten, who was conceived when 4-foot tall Alfie was only 12.

The young couple live with Alfie’s dad in a Council house paid for by British taxpayers.
