Doctor Clones Human Embryos – A controversial doctor claims to have cloned 14 human embryos and transferred 11 of them into the wombs of different women.

Cady, pictured above, died at age 10 in a car crash in the US. Her blood cells were frozen and sent to Dr Zavos, who fused them with cow eggs to create cloned human animal hybrid embryos.
The cloning was recorded by an independent documentary film-maker who testified that the cloning had taken place and that the women were genuinely hoping to become pregnant with the first cloned embryos specifically created for the purposes of human reproduction.
Apparently though, none of the embryos survived long enough to achieve a viable pregnancy.
Dr. Panayiotis Zavos told British newspapers that he carried out the work at a secret laboratory in an undisclosed country, and although the attempt failed this time, he said it will be possible to have a cloned human baby within the next few years if efforts are intensified.
“We’re not really under pressure to deliver a cloned baby to this world. What we are under pressure to do is to deliver a cloned baby that is a healthy one,” Zavos told reporters.
It is a criminal offense in many countries, including Britain, to transfer cloned embryos into the human womb.
Zavos claims his efforts, the latest of which are documented in an independent film, are intended not to produce high-profile clones but rather to help couples overcome infertility.
And that’s the latest on doctor clones human embryos.

Hi, interesting post. I have been wondering about this issue, so thanks for posting. I will certainly be coming back to your posts.
In the future I think my clone won’t be fat like me…
